It is  high porosity and high flexibility foam. It has excellent properties such as flame retardant, sound absorption, heat insulation, high and low temperature resistance, light weight and post-processing.

Thin melamine sponge sheet is a high porosity microfibre - 4th generation honey amine foam, its 3D mesh cross-linked structure (95% porosity) has stable chemical and physical properties, strong adsorption, flame retardant, high temperature resistance (200°C), acid and alkali resistance. The nanotube microporous structure has strong oil absorption, good oil storage and oil conductivity. The advantages are fast oil conductivity, large oil storage capacity and high temperature resistance. It is used in DZY and various external smoking mouthpieces to filter soot, adsorb excess oil and prevent oil penetration, etc. It is a new type of oil conductor sponge.

Features

Ultra-thin Melamine Sponge Sheets  is a high-density nano sponge: in addition to the properties of traditional sponges, it has comprehensive properties such as flame retardancy, heat insulation, humidity and heat stability, hygiene, resistance to oil, water, corrosion and high temperature.

●Sound absorption: The three-dimensional grid structure system with sufficient openings has a 97% or more openness rate, effectively absorbing sound waves.

●Heat insulation: The three-dimensional grid structure makes the convective heat transfer of air effectively blocked; thermal stability, with a thermal conductivity of 0.036, makes it a lightweight heat insulation material.

●Flame retardancy: It reaches GB/T8624-2006 Grade B, DIN5510 Grade S4, B56853, UL94 Grade V-0. It decomposes and carbonizes when exposed to open fire without producing droplets, and the smoke density is <15.

●Thermal stability: unique thermal stability and ageing resistance. It can work under -180℃ to +200℃ working condition for a long time.

●Good post-processability: can be processed into sheets and shaped materials, hot pressed and used in combination with various materials to meet the needs of different places and working conditions.

● Light weight: 4-12kg/cube.
